IBS Design Services LLC was co-founded in 2006 to provide low-cost, quality AutoCAD generated documents. We believe in a simple philosophy - "Quality, efficient and affordable products". In today's competitive market, IBS offers quality, efficient and affordable drafting solutions to clients looking to maximize profitability while maintaining a quality product for the end user.
The IBS group of companies are family owned businesses that maintain principal involvement with all projects. IBS Design Services USA is partnered with IBS Appraisals; the Panamanian AutoCAD drafting company located in Panama City, Panama. IBS Appraisals is part of the IBS Group, which provides worldwide maritime inspection and surveying services for international customers. All businesses of the IBS family of companies maintain customer satisfaction as their number one priority.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance and communication are top priorities for IBS. We ensure customers have access to real people during regular business hours. Our customer service representatives are US based, therefore communication is “real-time” versus other off-shore drafting companies. In addition to customer services, our operation center in Panama is open during US business hours, enabling customers to implement required changes immediately versus waiting over-night for communication to be processed.
