The IBS Process
Whether projects are generated from a single sheet of paper or other modeling software, IBS can implement the idea into AutoCAD and generate quality architectural drawings for the client. We also can support engineers, material suppliers, sub-contractors with AutoCAD services. We are flexible and staffed to assist and take-on projects from a variety of sectors; including residential, commercial, health care, and industrial projects.
Our seven step process is simple:
- Customer contacts a sales representative for initial conversations on the services desired
- Customer either faxes or email documents to be generated by IBS
- IBS provides either a lump-sum or hourly quote for the service, depending upon the client and complexity of the project
- IBS provides periodic updates as to the status of the project by posting drawings on the IBS website for customers to log-in to download images
- IBS coordinates conference calls to discuss comments from the customer on the review drawings
- IBS coordinates any comments from the customer and revises the productions accordingly
- IBS delivers the end-product to the customer via delivery or by posting the drawings to the IBS website for customer download
